James brings over 20 years of recruitment expertise across global markets, having worked extensively in the UK, APAC, and the Middle East. He has developed a deep understanding of international recruitment dynamics, positioning himself as a trusted authority in talent acquisition.

James began his career in London, spending eight years in global real estate search, where he excelled in identifying top-tier talent for high-stakes roles. His success led him to a consumer-focused executive search firm, where he managed several C-suite international search mandates and cultivated strong relationships with industry leaders.

He then moved to Singapore to join Korn Ferry as a regional leader for the Southeast Asia Real Estate practice within the wider Industrial practice. In this role, he delivered a variety of searches in diverse locations connecting leading firms with exceptional talent.

Continuing his journey in Hong Kong, James joined Robert Walters to lead the Sales and Marketing practice. There, he built the regional team, fostering a collaborative culture that delivered outstanding results for clients in a multitude of industries.

In January 2020, James relocated to the Middle East, taking on a key role with a global recruitment firm. His expertise helped navigate the region’s complexities, further enhancing his reputation as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates. Recognizing the need for a personalized approach to recruitment, he founded JMR Consulting, dedicated to providing tailored solutions for businesses and professionals in a competitive landscape.
